NOTICE OF 2022 AGM

This will be held at Clare Park Golf Club at 15.00hrs on Saturday 2nd April 2022.

The meeting will be hybrid, with the option for fully paid-up members to attend in person, or virtually, via ZOOM.

Items for discussion under Any Other Business at the meeting can be submitted by members, but this must be done in writing to generallwss@gmail.com by Saturday 12th March 2022.

Similarly, member's nominations for LWSS Officer or Committee positions must also be submitted in writing, duly proposed and seconded by two other fully paid-up LWSS members. Nominations must also be submitted to generallwss@gmail.com by Saturday 12th March 2022. There are currently no open posts for officers on the committee. There are, however, three committee positions vacant, although two have already been filled by co-opted members, who are willing to continue.
